Enrolling in any courses offered by or through the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates is no guarantee of growth or success in your career. Your career growth and professional opportunities are a function of many factors such as strength of the economy, your commitment to hard work, opportunities in your company and clients' willingness to pay for services you offer. The foregoing holds true for pursuing and / or attaining the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation.

By taking our courses and pursuing the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation you understand and agree that you will hold the Devil's Advocate Auditor or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates and all of the instructors and principals involved in delivering the courses harmless in the event that your work is challenged. You understand that neither the Devil's Advocate Auditor nor The Business Development Academy nor any of their affiliates nor any of the instructors or principals involved in delivering the courses will be responsible in anyway whatsoever for any costs, liabilities or inconveniences that you incur should the work that you produce be challenged.

In the event that the Devil's Advocate Auditor or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates enters into a corporate combination or is required as a function of law or dispute with a third party, is required to change its designation from Devil's Advocate Auditor to something else, you agree to hold Devil's Advocate Auditor or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates and principals harmless for any costs or inconveniences that you incur should it be necessary to change the title of the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation or change the letters "DAA".

Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing from The Business Development Academy all purchases of content from BDA or the Devil's Advocate Auditor program are for the use of one dedicated individual and are not to be used by multiple users. No reproducing of our content, in any form or to any extent, is allowed. The infringement of intellectual property or proprietary material owned by the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation, The Business Development Academy or their affiliates will result in a life-long loss of the rights to use the Devil's Advocate Auditor designation or any other designation granted by The Business Development Academy or their affiliates or their successors. We reserve the right to take all legal remedies to seek redress from anyone who infringes our intellectual property or proprietary materials.

The courses are offered on an "All Sales Final" basis.
